HUD and FHA Lending
These fully-amortized loans offer up to $50 million with non-recourse options and low, fixed interest rates. Funds may be used to rehabilitate, construct, or acquire senior housing, hospitals and healthcare facilities, and multifamily rental housing.
Equity and Mezzanine Financing
We structured this product to meet the needs of investors with high net worth and significant capital sources. Loan amounts typically range from $50 million to $100 million.
Principles with prior equity experience may qualify for up to $100 million in permanent financing for construction projects.
Borrow up to $100 million for stabilized investment properties and owner-occupied properties. Mobile home parks, multifamily properties, self-storage facilities, and industrial properties may qualify.
Our hard money loans and bridge loans provide up to $100 million in working capital. We offer interest-only amortization and up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV). We keep our loans affordable with variable interest rates up to 14%.
Our international finance team provides loans of up to $1 billion to fund commercial real estate transactions in Eurasian/European markets.
SBA 7a and 504 Loans
Owners of flagged hotels, non-flagged hotels and owner-occupied properties may qualify for interest rates as low as 4.5%. These loans come with 25-year repayment terms.
